We are excited to announce a new direction for the Kittler Land & Cattle breeding program.

In the Spring of 2007 the births of two crossbred calves came as a happy accident. We were surprised and pleased by the stir these babies caused. These two heifers were the first of our 2007 calf crop to sell, due to their excellent confirmation and flashy markings. They were sought out as 4-H show prospects by a family who wanted something unique to take to the ring. The Longhorns legendary reputation for intelligence and hardiness makes them an optimal cross with the more traditional beef breeds. The resulting calves are an outstanding choice of cattle for young 4-H exhibitors.
